Eric was amazing and knowledgeable regarding real estate and showing us the resort. The restuarant staff was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable regarding the dishes and wine pairing. The portions were perfect, and the spacing of the appetizer and main course was perfect. The wine was delicious and local. Eric informed us that they would be producing their own wine shortly. The winery can be seen when entering the gates. The deserts could have been better, they were dry almost like they were frozen and then unthawed. The main meals and appetizers were absolutely without a doubt amazing. The sword fish was out of this world.
The restaurant, the spa, and the front desk guy Kegan make this luxury resort even better.
We went there for skeet shooting only and had a blast. Highly recommend
